Refund and Returns Policy

At Zalwato, we value the trust you place in us. Our goal is to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our structured return and refund process.

1. Return Window

  • Customers are eligible to request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective films intact.

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase is provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

  • Gift cards.

4. The Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/SMS notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Credit: The refund amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery. We recommend taking a photo or video of the damaged package/item as evidence to speed up the replacement process.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Zalwato will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

  • For returns based on personal preference or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
